So yeah, one last time, let's think about this premise again just to make sure everything is in the right place.
"Taking back the wheel of your life comes at the cost of the life you built."
So yeah, it contains the character:
The main character chooses the life she has always wanted to live instead of the life she has been living.
It contains the conflict:
She has to choose between her old life, which tries to pull her back throughout the entire story, and the life she truly wants to live.
And it also contains the solution:
The solution is the purging itself.
Good.
I am there.
I think I have made really good progress over these past three or four days. Especially with this terrible tooth pain that is doing absolutely EVERYTHING it can to distract me. It's not like I even have that tooth anymore, but its ghost...
So.
I have the premise.
I have the basic story.
I have the three main locations (the rabbit hole, home, and the café at the main character's workplace).
I know who the characters will be, although I still have to work on them. I will write about that process as well.
And I have the main symbols that will run throughout the story.
Aaand...
I still have two months left to write the whole thing!
Also, in the past two days I have read 59 pages of A drámaírás művészete by Lajos Egri.
Only 340 pages left.
I think I am progressing pretty well.
I can give myself a moment to celebrate before getting back to work.
