I’m not putting pressure on myself.
I’m just enjoying the flow.
And I don’t even have to force it—the more I let my ideas come, the more they are willing to come.
To be honest, I always wanted to write a play, but I never thought I actually would.
Does that make sense?
For a long time, I tried to force rigid rules onto storytelling: rigid boundaries, rigid forms, and so on.
That’s where the burnout came from.
But then I shifted my mindset to this:
Every platform is just another opportunity to play and break the rules.
Storytelling is nothing more than a game.
As soon as I started looking at it that way, plenty of doors opened in front of me.
"You either make sense or make art."
I think this is the wisest thing I have read in months.
