Loyalty

Have you ever realized how much importance we give to destiny, to the things that are given to us,

while we belittle the things we choose?

How we cling to the blood we share, which we never chose.

The pain people caused us, and how we unconsciously choose them over and over again,

instead of breaking the cycle and choosing what we actually want.

The blood we choose to shed together.

Loyalty and choice are far stronger than genetics.

The connections we choose to build because we feel aligned, because we click, because we are willing to sacrifice for each other and grow together, are far more valuable than the connections that are simply given.

You can spend your whole life serving a family or a belief system that never nurtured you, never truly chose you, just because of some false belief that you owe them something.

Instead of choosing those who are truly meant for you.

Not meant by destiny.

Not meant by God.

Not meant by anything outside of you.

But meant for you because you deeply desire to choose them.

Because behind all the programmed fears and social expectations, there is this mysterious pull toward them.

Which is not mysterious at all.

It is simply you wanting to break free.

To be wild and free and make your own choices.

To choose those who would actually choose you.

Every inch of you wants to choose them, but you can't because old patterns and old beliefs keep you stuck.

But loyalty was never given.

It was never destined.

It was never permanent.

Loyalty is always a choice.

Every single day.

And there is actually one person who deserves your loyalty every single day:

Yourself.

Everyone else has to earn that loyalty by showing you the same loyalty.
