The Rabbit Hole Has Wi-Fi

Set Your Heart Ablaze

I don't think I have ever felt as determined as I do now. And I don't think I have ever felt this capable before.

I always knew there was an unstoppable force inside me that could achieve anything she wanted. But I could never find her.

Until now.

I just finished the first scene of my play, and honestly, it looks good. Not perfect, but good.

And it seems like I am really more of a storyteller than an actual writer.

For me, every platform is just a playground that leads to a certain goal: telling a story.

And every story has its perfect platform.

And what makes that platform perfect?

What you actually want to tell.

This story I am writing would work so much better on stage than anywhere else. I could probably turn it into a novel, but then it wouldn't be the same story anymore.

And finally, I really see how far I have come. How incredible what I have achieved truly is.

I became the person who has everything she ever dreamed of.

Not because I already have those things, but because I finally have the courage to take action.

To be myself.

To say what I want and what I need.

Silence doesn't feel like rejection anymore.

I am not afraid of success anymore.

And I am not afraid of showing who I really am.

Me submitting my short story about my miscarriage to a competition was such a huge step...

And I think I am not afraid to trust again anymore.

That doesn't mean I will trust anyone without thinking. But I am ready to build trust, to make room for new connections, new love, new possibilities, and new everything.

I want life to surprise me.

And I am finally ready to receive.

A little cautiously, but I am ready.

I put down my swords.

I don't need them anymore.

I am the center of myself, and I am strong enough to hold my emotions and find my way back to myself if I lose my way.

I am at a level of peace I never believed existed.

And I still love this quote from Demon Slayer:

“If you are feeling disheartened, that you are somehow not enough, set your heart ablaze. Dry your eyes and look ahead!”
